Sharing is, after all, what this season is all about. These next few go under Food to Fight Over: Pimento Cheese Fritters, Roasted Corn Bisque, Grilled Artichoke, Creamed Kale with Crushed Pistachios, and Chipotle Three Cheese Mac. Sides inspired by family-style dining around the Thanksgiving and holiday dinner tables are: Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus, Pan-Braised Wild Mushrooms, and the Kale & Brussels Sprouts.
For dessert lovers, Nutella Bread Pudding with Coffee Ice Cream, Caramel Sauce, Warm Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Raspberry Sauce, and Lemon Doberge Cake with Six Layers, Lemon Buttercream Icing, and Lemon Glaze.
Del Frisco’s Grille in Uptown is also shaking up the bar with a Movember Mule and Chocolate Eggnog Martini. The recipes for the two drinks are below:
Movember Mule (Cinnamon Apple Mule)
- 2 Oz – Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
- 2 Oz – Stella Apple Cider
- 2 Oz – Ginger Beer
- Build in Copper Mug
Chocolate Eggnog Martini
- 1.5 Oz – Stoli Vanil
- 1.5 Oz – Godiva Dark Chocolate or Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka
- 2 Oz – Eggnog
- Garnish with Shaved Chocolate
- Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker, fill with ice, and shake 10-15 times
- Strain into a chilled martini glass
