DALLAS—Phase II construction is well under way in Villas at Willow Grove housing development located off Eldorado Parkway in Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney, a suburb north of Dallas. Dallas builder Grenadier Homes has completed Phase II roads and services and is slated to begin construction on 57 town homes later this month. They should be ready for move-in summer 2014.
“We’ve had a great response from customers on the Villas at Willow Grove. We built 100 homes in Phase I, all of which have been sold, and we’ve already sold more than 50 percent of the homes in Phase II. This level of pre-sales prior to the actual home construction is unusual in our industry, and it’s a first for us,” stated John Egnatis, co-founder and CEO of Grenadier Homes, in a press release.
Egnatis attributed the above average pre-sales to a variety of factors, including company influences such as high quality craftsmanship, great customer service, energy-efficient residential features and an outstanding team of employees, as well as economic factors such as job growth and recent commercial and residential development in the area. He added Villas at Willow Grove is attractive to home owners who are looking for a low-maintenance lifestyle because the home owner’s association maintains all flower beds, lawns and fences, as well as community areas.
The Villas at Willow Grove community features one-story, attached town homes that come in two- and three-bedroom configurations. Houses range in size from 1,259-to-1,693 square feet inside and up to an additional 155 square feet outside. The neighborhood has easy access to Cascade Lake, and it features a community pool with a waterfall and a hot tub, a clubhouse with a shaded patio, a barbecue grill, fitness center, hike and bike trails and a small fruit orchard.
Homes start in the upper $100,000 range. The model home is located at 3075 Willow Grove Boulevard, #2201, in McKinney.
