Dallas homebuilder Grenadier Homes recently hired Becky Collier-Sewell as vice president of customer relations. Collier-Sewell will oversee Grenadier Homes’ sales, marketing and customer experience programs.
“Becky is kind of a jack-of-all-trades. She has worked in a wide variety of roles within our business, which will enable her to better understand the needs and motivations of our customers, employees, vendors and other business partners,” stated Anthony Natale, president of Grenadier Homes, in a press release.
Collier-Sewell started her career in homebuilding at Darling Homes more than 25 years ago and held a variety of executive positions for the company, most recently serving as vice president of customer experience. While there, she created the customer service department and discovered her calling.
“When I established the department, I found that I had an intense passion for customer service,” stated Collier-Sewell. “Every time we improve customer service, we’re helping people and we’re improving our company and the industry too.”
